This Sales Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the purchase of artwork from our gallery, both in-person and through our online platforms. By purchasing artwork from JULIANNA POLDI, you agree to abide by this policy.

 

**2. Artwork Information and Pricing**

 

*   **Accuracy of Information:** We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and dimensions of all artwork displayed in our gallery and online. However, variations in color and texture may occur due to monitor settings and photography.

*   **Pricing:** All prices are listed in US DOLLAR and are subject to change without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of purchase is the final price, excluding applicable taxes and shipping costs.

*   **Availability:** Artwork availability is subject to change. While we make every effort to keep our inventory updated, an artwork listed as available may be sold or on hold. We will notify you promptly if an artwork you are interested in is unavailable.

 

**3. Purchasing Artwork**

 

*   **In-Gallery Purchases:**

    *   Artwork can be purchased directly at our physical gallery location.

    *   We accept the following forms of payment: Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Debit Cards, Cash, Bank Transfer.

    *   Payment in full is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

*   **Online Purchases:**

     *   We currently are not selling online but we can invoice you for inventory you find online.

*   **Holds:** We may offer the option to place a temporary hold on an artwork for a limited time. The duration of the hold will be agreed upon at the time of the request. Failure to purchase the artwork within the agreed-upon hold period will result in the hold being released.

*   **Payment Plans:** We may offer payment plans on select artwork. Payment plans require a non-refundable deposit of 20% and scheduled payments over a period of 3 - 6 months as agreed upon. Artwork will be released upon receipt of the final payment.

 

**4. Ownership and Title**

 

*   Ownership of the artwork transfer to the buyer upon receipt of full payment.

 

**5. Taxes**

 

*   Applicable sales tax will be added to the purchase price as required by local and state/provincial regulations.

 

**6. Shipping and Delivery**

 

*   **Shipping Costs:** Shipping costs are not included in the artwork price and will be calculated based on the destination, size, weight, and value of the artwork.

*   **Shipping Methods:** We use reputable shipping carriers and will provide shipping options and estimated delivery times.

*   **Insurance:** All shipments are insured for the full value of the artwork during transit.

*   **Packaging:** Artwork is professionally packaged to ensure safe delivery.

*   **International Shipping:** We do not offer international shipping at this time. Please inquire about international shipping options and associated costs.

*   **Delivery Time:** Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing or unforeseen circumstances.

*   **Inspection Upon Delivery:** Upon receipt of the artwork, please inspect the packaging and the artwork carefully for any signs of damage before signing for delivery. If damage is observed, please note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.

 

**7. Returns and Exchanges**

 

*   **All Sales Are Final:** JULIANNA POLDI typically operates on an "all sales are final" policy. We encourage prospective buyers to carefully consider their purchase before committing.

*   **Exceptions: We are willing to negotiate terms in some instances**

    *   **Damage During Shipping:** In the event that artwork is damaged during shipping, please follow the instructions in Section 6 regarding inspection and contact us immediately. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement (if possible), or a refund.

    *   **No Returns or Exchanges for Change of Mind:** We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind, the artwork not fitting in the intended space, or minor variations in color or texture from online images.

 

**8. Care and Handling of Artwork**

 

*   We provide guidance on the proper care and handling of the purchased artwork. It is the buyer's responsibility to follow these guidelines to preserve the artwork's condition. This may include advice on lighting, humidity, and handling.

 

**9. Copyright and Reproduction**

 

*   The copyright of the artwork remains with the artist, regardless of the sale of the physical piece.

*   The buyer is purchasing the physical artwork and does not acquire the right to reproduce, copy, or distribute the image of the artwork without the express written permission of the artist and/or JULIANNA POLDI.

**11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction**
